The Balance Warrior was created by Angie Walker, a top rated Chicago-based Massage Therapist. Angie has an extensive knowledge of how the body works, including certifications in reiki, yoga, and massage therapy. Matthew Sauve is an alumnus of Columbia College Chicago, where he studied film production, music, and theater. With their combined skills, Angie and Matt have collaborated to create thoughtful, approachable guided meditations that are easy to follow, regardless of skill level.
