Immune Booster Juice!



You can't avoid it! If you have to work, leave your house or be around other people in general it's bound to get you. Even if you are healthy and take all your vitamins. Those nasty bugs are everywhere right now!

A few obvious tips Wash your hands when you get home from being in public (especially public transportation), don't share drinks and try not to touch your face when you're out.

I was hit hard a few weeks ago. I'm pretty sure it was from accidentally taking a sip out of someone's glass I thought was mine at a BBQ we were hosting. Was pretty annoying because I didn't have a drop of alcohol and was expecting to feel great the next day. No such luck!

I spent the first 3 days taking a lot of vitamin C, drinking a lot of ginger honey tea, a lot of rest and this concoction once a day. This definitely boosted my immune system and was feeling better within a few days.

Get your immune system boosted with this blended juice recipe!!

Brew ginger or lemon tea (preferably organic) put aside and let cool

1 whole orange peeled

Half lemon peeled

Half lime peeled

1 garlic clove

Thumb size of a piece of ginger

2 tablespoons organic honey

Teaspoon coconut oil

1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder (or a small fresh piece)

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon powdered ginger

1 cup frozen strawberries

add 1 cup cooled brew tea

Blend everything together & start feeling better!!!
